Every Truth & Twine case is made to order for the phone model you choose. This page explains how long delivery takes, what shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way to you.
Delivery time
We do not keep printed cases on a shelf: your case is made after checkout, then shipped. Estimated delivery, counted from the day you order, is:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- International: 12–37 business days
These estimates include the time to print your case. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Holiday periods and carrier delays may add time, so please order early if you need a case by a certain date. If your order cannot ship in time to meet this estimate, we will email you a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping rates
We ship to the United States and most countries. Shipping is a flat rate per order, no matter how many cases are in it:
- United States: $4.99 per order
- International: $12.99 per order
Import duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping rate, and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at [email protected] and we will update it. Once your case is in production, we can no longer change the address.
Lost packages
If you are in the US and your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will look into it and either resend your order or refund it.
Damaged or wrong items
