Eligibility
To place an order, you must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate information.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
Prices and offers
All prices are in US dollars. Our Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer is applied automatically at checkout. It may change or end at any time and has no cash value.
Made-to-order products
Each case is printed after checkout for the phone model you select. You are responsible for choosing the correct model; if you choose the wrong one, our free exchange covers it. Product colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, since displays show color differently.
Shipping, exchanges and replacements
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges, replacements, cancellations and refunds by our Exchanges & Replacements policy. Both are part of these terms.
Intellectual property
Our designs and site content, including artwork, text and photos, are © Truth & Twine and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Scripture quotations are from the King James Version, which is in the public domain in the United States.
iPhone, Galaxy and other device names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe which phones our cases fit. Truth & Twine is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple or Samsung.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, accessing it in ways it was not meant to be accessed, placing fraudulent orders, or using it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided as described on the site, without other promises beyond those stated in these terms and our policies. To the extent permitted by law, Truth & Twine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
